Account Manager – Underground Construction

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow client relationships within the construction chemicals industry
- Focus on technical support of customers
- Drive sales, identify new business opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals, technical solutions, and product information
- Collaborate with technical support, product development, and marketing teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field, alternatively relevant work experience within concrete industry or injection focus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support / technical advisory and / or sales within the construction chemical industry
- Proven track record of working with projects where injection technology has been used
- Focus on and drive towards achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Valid driver's license (regualr travel within Norway is required in this position)
