💰 $70,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- In-account field level execution and channel expertise for the MJUS on-premise brand portfolio
- Manage POS and local budget; support consumer events and drive brand visibility
- Provide brand education to accounts and execute Jägermeister and Teremana brand standards
- Proactively manage and motivate local distributor partners; own distributor relationships at account level
- Develop local commercial solutions: distribution, merchandising, shelf management, drink features, and promotions
- Ensure excellent retail execution in key accounts and build business according to channel and brand standards
- Identify key accounts/opinion leaders/influencers and conduct staff trainings and tastings
- Utilize BI and sales data tools to analyze ROI, track Point-Of-Sale, and measure event/activation effectiveness
- Plan, program, and problem-solve initiatives associated with the MJUS brand portfolio
- Be in-market 80-95% of the time with frequent travel between accounts
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience; College degree preferred
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Proven success in formulating account strategies and execute against them to drive results
- Willingness to learn selling the Jagermeister way
- Strong relationship building skills and collaborative spirit
- Detail oriented and organized; excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and support numerous projects
- Well-developed influence and negotiation skills; persistent and persuasive
- Frequent travel within territory required; must have valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel between accounts within assigned territory
- Must have excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
