Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a global engineering organization consisting of software engineering, quality engineering, architecture, platform engineering, and engineering management teams
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering leaders and teams across multiple locations and time zones
Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, technical excellence, and customer-centric delivery
Drive organizational effectiveness through engineering best practices, talent development, succession planning, and performance management
Partner with the Head of Wealth Technology to define and execute the technology vision, engineering strategy, and multi-year modernization roadmap
Lead transformation of legacy platforms into scalable, cloud-native architectures leveraging microservices, APIs, event-driven design, and modern engineering practices
Oversee engineering delivery for advisor-facing and client-facing wealth management platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
Experience leading organizations of 75+ engineers across multiple disciplines and geographic locations
Proven track record modernizing enterprise platforms through cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
Deep experience delivering customer-facing platforms in wealth management, capital markets, banking, fintech, retirement, or financial services
Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business outcomes
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
Must have Series 99 or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
