About the role
- Develop cross-functional partnerships and actively manage stakeholder expectations
- Deliver the right intelligence, at the right time to the right stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Distribution and Operations
- Continuously scan market activity for new entrants, reinsurance deals, product & filing activity, operational trends and disruptors
- Advise Product on innovative designs and identify differentiators across the MassMutual life insurance suite
- Support product deployment by building competitive benchmarking and sales training content
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail life insurance products
- 5+ years of working experience in a Marketing, Distribution, or Research position
- 3+ years of experience presenting to and collaborating with leadership at various levels
- 3+ years experience Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot)
- 3+ years experience with insurance illustration systems (e.g. winflex, iPipeline, Hexsure)
