About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership to high priority or special projects undertaken by the area
Conduct technical studies and evaluations of business area requirements and make recommendations on appropriate technological alternatives to clients, benefits brokers, and Worksite management
Evaluate new technology developments and evolving business requirements to drive additional enhancement recommendations
Advise changes to enhance scalability
Provide high-level specialized technical support and consultation to business and IT management
Provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming, and implementation of technology platforms
Develop and manage relationships with enrollment technology companies
Integrate group benefits products with approved TPE technology
Conduct technical assessments of new integration requests
Identify capabilities & limitations of all new and existing benefits technology partners
Present findings and makes recommendations to the Steering Committee for final approval
Serve as the internal enrollment technology subject matter expert providing support to teams across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
7+ years of benefits experience, including worksite, voluntary, and/or group benefits, with a focus on partner relationship management and/or technical expertise
3+ years' experience with enrollment platform technology and processes, product integrations, file formats, audit and test file feeds
10+ years of voluntary, group or worksite benefits experience (ideal)
Ability to focus on strategic goals and development without losing sight of day-to-day needs and complexities
Successfully influence and navigate a matrixed organization
General understanding and experience in using Salesforce integrations to support overall value stream from Customer Onboarding through Enrollment file processing.
