Partner with leaders to define optimal analytical questions and develop practical insights for informed decisions.
Continuously scan the operational environment to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and unanswered analytic questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles supporting operational or strategic decision‑making.
8+ years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to Operations and experience connecting operational performance to broader business outcomes.
5+ years experience in SQL and experience using analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or comparable technologies to explore, analyze, and communicate data.
5+ years experience translating complex analyses into clear implications and recommendations for senior, non‑technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree is required
