About the role

  • Operate as a strategic thought partner to Operations executives, shaping performance decisions.
  • Translate operational performance into enterprise-level implications: financial results, pricing factors, advisor experience.
  • Respond to business driven analytical requests and shape insights for complex operational domains.
  • Partner with leaders to define optimal analytical questions and develop practical insights for informed decisions.
  • Continuously scan the operational environment to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and unanswered analytic questions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles supporting operational or strategic decision‑making.
  • 8+ years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to Operations and experience connecting operational performance to broader business outcomes.
  • 5+ years experience in SQL and experience using analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or comparable technologies to explore, analyze, and communicate data.
  • 5+ years experience translating complex analyses into clear implications and recommendations for senior, non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree is required
