About the role
- Create the strategy, determine business goals, formulate scope and develop a roadmap for Salesforce CRM platform and other large-scale initiatives
- Partner with all levels of leadership and cross-enterprise parties on advisor and customer engagement strategy
- Shape long-term vision for advisor service delivery
- Define and prioritize product features that meet customer and advisor needs
- Lead prioritization, scope, and timing of Salesforce deliverables;
- Develop business requirements aligned to strategic outcomes
- Remove obstacles and evaluate risks to guide project direction and timelines
- Ensure operational readiness for transitions with minimal service impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree
- 8+ years in a leadership, business consultant, or project management role, having demonstrated strong leadership skill
- Experience in working with various project delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
- Strong data analysis with experience managing complex and multiple data resources
- Able to provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis
- Financial acumen with experience in tracking and reporting benefit realization
- Knowledge of systems, processes and workflows within operations
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual, who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and potential ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic
- Ability to think strategically/big picture and understand how the pieces fit
- Ability to successfully manage work with current and sometimes competing priorities
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizations and influence outcomes.
