About the role
- Serve as the Head of Life and Health Financial Projection models within our Modeling Center of Excellence (COE)
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, developing, and governing models
- Ensure models support critical business functions such as forecasting, capital planning, asset-liability management, and stress testing
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of actuarial projection models
- Actively manage team performance, provide coaching and mentorship
Requirements
- FSA or equivalent actuarial designation
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; advanced degree is ideal
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with actuarial models, including more than 5+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
- Expertise in financial projection models, financial analysis, valuation frameworks, and regulatory standards
- Experience includes developing, validating, and interpreting complex projection models
