- Oversee a team of Investment Specialists, Consultants, and Principals
- Demonstrate accountability, agility, and inclusion
- Support strategic initiatives for new product offerings
- Ensure processing service levels are consistently maintained

- Provide feedback and partner with direct reports on developmental opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required at time of application
- 5+ years Financial Services / Investments experience
- 1+ year leadership or 1:1 coaching/mentoring experience
- Strong analytical/Problem solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Listening skills
- Organization navigation skills
- Time Management (multi-tasking SME in multiple functions and proficient in most functions)
