About the role
- Partner with MassMutual financial advisors to design complex wealth strategies
- Act as a trusted resource during client interactions
- Work with a team of wealth, tax, trust, and investment specialists
- Develop marketing strategies and collateral
- Coordinate with investment teams for client onboarding
- Recognize and pursue advanced investment opportunities
- Deliver training on wealth planning, trust services
- Develop a targeted growth strategy for the territory
- Share market insights with stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting, portfolio or sales experience with investment management and trust services
- Ability to travel 50% - 70% as required
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 at time of application
