• Join the HR Consulting team and lead the development and implementation of human capital strategy requirements
• Provide human resources consultation and support to the ETX organization
• Use knowledge of various human resources functions and disciplines, including staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, DE&I, talent management, organizational effectiveness and employee relations
• Consult with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies
• Engage other human resources functions when necessary
• Influence business strategy and shape HR strategic direction
• Support senior business leaders that report directly to the company's Head of ETX
