About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a caseload of complex civil and criminal matters.
Partnering with federal and state agencies and civilian investigators to investigate fraud allegations.
Conducting criminal and civil investigations, including drafting legal documents and subpoenas.
Engaging in settlement and plea negotiations.
Litigating criminal and civil enforcement actions, including handling motions and conducting trials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
Three (3) to six (6) years of civil litigation experience or criminal prosecution experience.
Background in complex civil litigation, health care fraud litigation, and False Claims Act litigation preferred.
Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
