About the role
- Represent and defend the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in civil lawsuits
- Maintain an active caseload including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions
- Try cases in the superior and federal courts
Requirements
- Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar
- At least five (5) years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience managing a large and varied caseload, preferred
- Must have access to reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
