Works as a member of the field operations team and supports independently owned and operated franchised locations within a market.
Build positive and long-term business relationships with franchisees and assess franchisees’ performance of Massage Envy brand standards.
Conduct operational standards reviews at each franchised location, including documentation and follow up.
Communicate and champion corporate initiatives to encourage franchisee adoption and execution via meetings, emails, and outreach.
Review communications and documents to develop knowledge of Franchised Support Center policies, programs, promotions, strategies, and initiatives.
Provide support and resources to franchisees to help improve revenues, profitability, and operations while recognizing franchisee responsibility for day-to-day operations and employment matters.
Work with internal departments on developing and facilitating network programs and initiatives.
Meet weekly with Director of Field Operations to supply market progress updates and review business development priorities.
Assist with strategic market planning and site analysis review for current and future sites.
Participate in Annual Franchise Conference, weekly field team calls, and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a franchise industry and multi-unit leadership
5+ years of prior business ownership or business consulting experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to travel as required to meet with franchisees, visit franchised locations, and/or other business necessities (up to 75%)
Strong communication and relationship skills
Solid business acumen including financial statement fluency.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise judgment and act independently.
