About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business required or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required
  • Five years of experience required, of which two must be related to healthcare
  • Experience working with substance use disorder recovery services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to apply risk management and problem-solving techniques to clinical situations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfort working with clients in crisis situations
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the current version of DSM is a plus
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of psychiatric medications is a plus
  • Skillset or interest in working with corrections and women's health
