  • Managing Fellowship rotation schedules
  • Assisting all Fellowship Directors with individual Fellow compliance to academic requirements and hospital regulations
  • Continually assessing and managing a wide range of programmatic issues
  • Providing input into developing education budget and monitoring/maintenance of these activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred
  • Work experience 2-5 years in Graduate Medical Education, Hospital or Healthcare strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
  • Astute attention to details, commitment to accuracy and integrity of all data, reports, and communications
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and work in fast pace, team environment as well as have the ability to exercise decision-making skills, to prioritize workload and to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects and tasks assigned
