Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive experience in major gifts fundraising within a large, complex organization
10+ years of management experience
Bachelor's degree
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership
Exceptional relationship building, management and customer service skills to maximize philanthropic opportunities
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of health care facilities
Analytical skills to implement and analyze tracking
Competency functioning well in a fast-paced and complex environment
In-depth knowledge and experience in developing department processes
