Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a 3-person team; identify, develop, and retain the next generation of leaders
Serve as an ardent and visible advocate for the team
Manage reporting strategy and execution for assigned major and principal gift donors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years of related experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management and program development required
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Proven ability to achieve under deadline pressure
