About the role
- Provide individual, family or group therapy to pediatric patients
- Work with diverse clinical conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, SUD, trauma, and crises
- Engage in quality improvement projects using data to measure progress
- Facilitate skill-based groups
- Communicate findings effectively with a broader audience
Requirements
- Master's Degree Related Field of Study required
- 3-5 years related experience required
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker [LICSW - MA] or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist [MA] or Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC - MA]
- Demonstrated experience working successfully with people of various backgrounds and lifestyles
- Experience negotiating, advocating, and navigating systems.
