About the role
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them
- Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them
- Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis
- Assist project teams with financial guidance
- Review financial reporting and ensure data integrity to enable management decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance required
- Superior Excel skills required
- Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization strongly preferred
- Experience using Epic preferred
