• Help develop a suite of standardized event systems, templates, and toolkits for Mass Audubon
• Conceive creative, engaging, and successful events for high-level donors and prospects
• Execute well run events: create detailed event timelines and coordinate all logistics
• Hire, negotiate with, and direct appropriate vendors
• Develop and maintain accurate budgets and track contracts
• Utilize the CRM to maintain data related to event attendees
• Develop standards and templates for marketing and communications materials
• Collaborate with marketing on design and copy for event materials
• Create and disseminate standardized event briefings and reports
• Communicate event details with guests via phone and e-mail
• Prepare event related materials and execute virtual events
• Provide onsite event support and deliver exceptional customer service
