About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document checking against L/C or SBLC should be as per UCP/ISBP/ISP as applicable and corresponding to all applicable ICC guidelines as well as internal policies of the bank, Import & Export Payments
- Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents
- Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents
- Responsible for inputting documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising
- Ad-hoc tasks given by the Team Head
- Ensure errors/knowledge gaps resulting in rejection of docs are shared with line manager/team to address customer service issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations
- Multiple product knowledge and relevant experience of 2-3 years is a must.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.
