About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and Managing OBPM deployments for the bank
- Participate in the ongoing core banking transformation, acting as a bridge between business & tech
- Driving implementation/integration of Oracle Banking Payments for various channels
- Manage lifecycle from requirements to go-live, overseeing testing (SIT/UAT), cutovers, data migration, and stabilization
- Interface with business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners; provide executive reporting
- Ensure adherence to banking standards, security policies, regulatory requirements (IFRS), and internal quality guidelines
- Lead workshops to identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, defining resolution strategies
- Support and Manage OBPM platform for the bank
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in core banking / OBPM (design, dev, implementation, support)
- Proven experience in large, multi-country banking transformation programs
- Strong techno-functional skills in Payments
- Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, host-to-host integrations.
