About the role
- View the portfolio dashboard on monthly basis and report any potential areas for enhancement.
- Support in the implementation of retention tools and closely monitor the retention rate along with the performance of the retention agents.
- Support in the launch of spend campaigns and obtain required approvals.
Requirements
- Candidate Should be a Post Graduate
- 5 years of related banking experience
- Good analytical skills are required to be able to track portfolio trends and identify weaknesses / opportunities to capitalize on acquisition opportunities.
- Good PC skills/ System process understanding to enable the individual to be “hands on” when involved with new product development, process automation and MIS generation.
