Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer insights for the Neo retail banking division
Develop, implement & track AI / ML models to enhance revenue or reduce cost
Design, deliver & track marketing campaigns for various products & segments within Neo retail bank

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8+ years of relevant advanced analytics experience in banking / financial services or similar environment
Strong applied statistical skills, such as segmentation, regression, decision tree, Machine learning algorithms (such as ANN, SVM. Random Forest etc) are a must for this role
Hands on Experience on in data & analytical tools like SQL, SAS / R & Python is a must for this role
Prior experience in a digital analytics environment is preferred for this role
Prior experience in marketing analytics is preferred for this role
Ability to identify opportunities and help manage increase the revenue or reduce cost from hidden opportunities in preferred for this role
Experience on Power BI report development with prior expertise on process and report automation is preferred for this role
Ability to work well in a team and build strong network / relationships within and outside the organization is preferred for this role
Prior experience in advanced analytics solutions in the sphere of unstructured data (text, pictures, video etc) is preferred
Exposure to Bigdata is preferred for this role
