Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 15 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on retail technology.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a solid foundation in software development and architecture.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Experience in leading and managing large, diverse technology teams, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital mortgage implementation processes and best practices.
Proficiency in AI prompt engineering, with the ability to develop and implement AI-powered solutions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
