About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Channels, Product, technology and CX teams for Digital Channel development and enhancements.
  • Implement a ‘Go to Market’ plan for channel capabilities, including market rollout, volume goals, client targeting, marketing materials, and sales training.
  • Continuously monitor the market landscape to stay abreast of regulatory changes, trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
  • Identify new innovation opportunities and enhancements in the channels, based on client needs, regulatory shifts, and market feedback.
  • Continuously seek improvements in client experience and Channel performance by collaborating with Operations, Service, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Product Program Guidelines (PPG) and all relevant regulatory and bank policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, or business analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and business analysis, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, user experience research, and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing backlogs, and a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of successful UI/UX design projects is preferred.
