Key responsibilities & impact

Design, maintain, and enhance the enterprise Risk Appetite Framework (RAF)
Define risk appetite statements, metrics, thresholds, and key risk indicators (KRIs)
Monitor risk exposures across portfolios and ensure alignment with approved risk appetite
Provide insights on trends, emerging risks, and potential breaches
Leverage data to develop dashboards, reports, and forward-looking risk indicators
Drive data quality, consistency, and governance for risk metrics
Collaborate with business units, risk teams, and senior leadership
Present risk insights and appetite performance to senior management and committees
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal risk assessments
Enhance frameworks using industry best practices and analytics-driven approaches
Drive automation and efficiency in risk reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in Banking/Financial Services
Strong understanding of Risk Appetite Frameworks and Enterprise Risk Management
Experience in portfolio risk analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory expectations (e.g., RBI / Basel guidelines)
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
