About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee production support, managing a team to deliver efficient and reliable digital platform and Velocity application performance.
- Collaborate with development teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues, prioritizing and managing resources effectively.
- Implement robust monitoring systems for proactive issue detection and efficient resolution.
- Document and communicate system changes, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for team development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Minimum 8 years of IT support experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in managing EDMS, BPM, and Velocity application support teams, with successful outcomes.
- In-depth technical knowledge of EDMS, BAW, and Microservices technologies, staying updated with the latest advancements.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of troubleshooting complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with modern development approaches.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
