About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with the wealth product team to identify market trends and customer needs, translating these insights into effective product strategies.
Design and execute marketing campaigns for our private banking products, working cross-functionally to ensure maximum impact.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
Conduct regular reviews of our product portfolio, recommending improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all product-related activities.
Provide guidance and support to the product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is essential, with a master's degree being advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in private banking or wealth management, is required.
Proven success in developing and implementing product strategies that have driven business growth.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building a collaborative and innovative work culture.
