About the role
- Lead and facilitate the governance framework by overseeing and improving organizational procedures
- Primary interface between Lean management and the business areas
- Drive the enhancement of SOP system across the bank and improve adoption
- Execute projects with measurable cost impacts and significant improvements in customer experience
- Identify gaps in skills or knowledge and recommend relevant training to address these gaps
- Report Lean projects key metrics and achievements
Requirements
- Acting as the custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring SOPs are accurate, current, compliant, and consistently applied across the organization
- Overseeing the end-to-end SOP lifecycle, including development coordination and structured review
- Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies adopting Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and CX strategies
