About the role

  • Understanding business objectives, strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization’s goals and problems to be solved.
  • Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
  • Domain expert in Trade Finance documentary and Open Account, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experience
  • Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
  • Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgradations to existing systems
  • Certified Scrum master or agile coach with experience on agile practices.
  • Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned as per the needs of the users
  • Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system
  • Assisting to business and product intents meetings and coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intents, business requirements and value to customers.
  • Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product module
  • Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
  • Skilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered
  • Able to guide the business on value added changes and avoid non-value-added changes with focus on business process transformation
  • Work closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable
  • Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
  • Skilled in MS Office applications word, excel, PowerPoint, visio, Jira or equivalent Confluence

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in trade operations, trade finance, client support IT
