About the role

  • Ensure service stability, uptime of the systems under the portfolio as per the agreed SLA
  • Provide L3 support in the respective support areas and act on technical escalations
  • Provide on-call support, BAU and projects
  • Maintain systems in adherence with the audit and compliance requirements
  • Manage and closely work with application teams by supporting J2EE platforms

Requirements

  • 15+ Year Experience in Middleware J2EE Platforms - Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat in UNIX (AIX, LINUX, HP UX and Windows Servers)
  • Installation, Deployment and configurations for Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat
  • Opex (AMC) management for Middleware products in J2EE platforms
  • Capex management for Middleware products in J2EE platforms
  • Upgrade of Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat
  • License compliance
  • Audit management for J2EE platforms
  • Incident, Change and Problem Management for J2EE platforms
  • Cross Platforms support for Unix, Storage, Virtualization, Database
  • Vulnerability remediations
  • Baseline Hardening
  • Disaster recovery, planning, automation and management
