About the role

  • Formulate and govern IAM Roadmap for the bank
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IAM policies and procedures
  • Oversee efficient provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts
  • Design and oversee access recertification processes
  • Manage lifecycle of privileged accounts and ensure proper monitoring

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices related to IAM
  • Experience with user access lifecycle management and RBAC principles
  • Strong understanding of key management and cryptographic practices
  • Ability to perform risk assessments and audits related to IAM policies
