This is an intermediate position where you will be responsible for all FP&A duties at Mashgin. As the director of FP&A you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team at Mashgin, be a partner to all of the business leads within the company, and be a financial guiding light to assist the C-suite in making prudent, strategic and timely decisions for each team and for the company as a whole. This will be a remote opportunity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, with a strong understanding of financial cycles and reporting Demonstrated experience with large datasets, revenue, and cash flow modeling Proficiency in financial systems, such as SAP, Hyperion, Pigment, Sapien, or PowerBI Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, influence senior leadership and convey complex financial insights to various stakeholders across the organization Strong commitment to detail, accuracy, consistency and ability to problem solve and come up with creative solutions with various tools and methods Thrives in a fast paced environment
