About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, structure, and translate complex data to generate valuable insights that inform demand, supply, and operational decisions
Develop and continuously refine consensus demand plans using statistical modeling, historical trends, and business inputs
Translate demand signals into actionable production and supply plans
Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Analyze supply chain performance, identify risks and inefficiencies, and collaborate across functions to improve material flow, reduce disruptions, and optimize inventory levels
Work closely with a tight-knit team and report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics in a manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and working with large datasets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools)
Experience building forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
Solid understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory management, and supply chain principles
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Ability to work effectively within a close, collaborative team and contribute to a strong team fit
