About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, structure, and translate complex data to generate valuable insights that inform demand, supply, and operational decisions
- Develop and continuously refine consensus demand plans using statistical modeling, historical trends, and business inputs
- Translate demand signals into actionable production and supply plans
- Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify risks and inefficiencies, and collaborate across functions to improve material flow, reduce disruptions, and optimize inventory levels
- Work closely with a tight-knit team and report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and working with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools)
- Experience building forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- Solid understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory management, and supply chain principles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Ability to work effectively within a close, collaborative team and contribute to a strong team fit
