About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and achieve annual sales budgets by product category throughout your designated territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Seek out new business in designated open markets and transform these prospects into productive Sauna360 dealers
Provide comprehensive sales and marketing training to Sauna dealers
Ensure sales and marketing programs are effectively deployed throughout your region
Represent Sauna360 at trade shows and promotional events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred
at least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required
Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis
Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team
Must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year
A valid driver's license with good driving record is required
