Requirements

4+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning roles.
4+ years of hands-on experience applying statistical methods and analytical modeling to real business problems.
4+ years of experience using Python for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
4+ years of experience writing and refining complex SQL queries against large, structured datasets.
3+ years of experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
2+ years of experience working in a modern analytics platform (e.g., Databricks, Spark/PySpark, or similar).
1+ years of hands-on‑ experience applying generative AI technologies (e.g., LLM APIs, task‑specific GenAI workflows) in an enterprise analytics environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
