About the role
- Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Fulfillment to implement strategic priorities and operational plans.
- Lead and develop a multi-site team of 300+ associates, ensuring fulfillment performance in order accuracy, productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively mitigate risks across owned and 3PL fulfillment centers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and financial performance, ensuring alignment with Sr. Director’s objectives.
- Communicate operational priorities and updates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through coaching, development, and engagement at all levels.
- Domestic and international travel may be required +30%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations, preferably within eCommerce or multi-site environments.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and fulfillment technologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects, including fulfillment center launches.
- Knowledge of outbound freight and delivery networks (First, Middle, Last Mile) highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative relationships with a customer-focused mindset.
