About the role

  • Develop, migrate and optimize Shopify stores — from Liquid components to custom apps
  • Frontend implementation: themes, sections, high-performance HTML/CSS/JS
  • Backend logic: Shopify APIs, webhooks, metafields, app integrations
  • Headless setups (Hydrogen/Remix) are a plus, not mandatory
  • You will work directly with the founder — no three layers of hierarchy to get to a decision

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Shopify architecture (Liquid, Storefront API, Admin API)
  • Frontend skills that go beyond 'theme customization'
  • JavaScript/TypeScript — solid practical experience (perfection not required)
  • Experience with Hydrogen / Remix
  • Klaviyo, Rebuy, or similar app integrations
  • Understanding of conversion optimization (you don't just build — you contribute strategic thinking)
