About the role
- Take on a variety of operational tasks and support our brand Feuertonnen Bertling
- Purchasing & supplier management: coordinate orders, communicate with suppliers, and ensure product availability
- Drive product development: actively contribute to improving existing products and developing new product ideas
- Shop management (e-commerce): maintain and optimize the online shop, perform product and content updates, and support promotions and launches
- Day-to-day operations: provide support across different areas, proactively contribute to process improvements, and implement practical solutions in everyday work
Requirements
- Interest in or experience with e-commerce, operations, purchasing, or product management
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with common tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Shopify, Klaviyo, or Billbee is a plus
