About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide critical support in forecasting revenue and managing the sales design funnel, ensuring accurate and timely projections
- Design, implement, and validate operational dashboards and KPIs to measure sales productivity
- Analyze and provide insights for resource allocation, optimizing pipeline management while maintaining expense targets
- Execute complex data analyses on pipeline management, conversion ratios, and cycle times
- Produce comprehensive executive summaries and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions
- Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Provide actionable recommendations through deep analysis that supports key business decisions
- Develop expert knowledge of in-house data sources, quickly extracting and analyzing data to drive decision-making
- Provide ongoing account management support, working closely with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & IT to enhance reporting and tracking systems
- Lead training sessions for Sales and Marketing users on new systems, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 6+ years of progressive experience as an analyst, preferably in the high-technology sector, with a strong preference for experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proven ability to influence strategy and drive change within a Sales organization, experience within a Sales organization and knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to senior management
- Ability to approach tasks with a strong sense of urgency, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, ModelN, Kinaxis, and Salesforce.com is preferred.
