Early involvement in NPI with focus on manufacturing process development
Define and champion DfM requirements across cross-functional teams to ensure product scalability and reliability
Own the transition of advanced optical designs into high-volume production; drive manufacturing readiness, characterization, and PFMEA
Own overall yield roadmaps, cost analysis, and continuously yield improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

MS or PhD in Photonics, Physics, or related Engineering fields
5-10 years relevant experience
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of Silicon Photonics, co-packaged optics, and high-speed components (lasers, detectors, modulators)
Strong experience and analytical skills on troubleshooting and JSL (JMP Scripting), Python, or SQL for automated yield monitoring and database querying
Proven track record in module/device testing/characterization and volume production transfer
Strong technical ownership, flexibility, and ability to influence global cross-functional partners
