Key responsibilities & impact

Direct day-to-day operations across Marvell’s global facility portfolio
Oversee all hard FM and soft FM services ensuring reliability and operational consistency
Lead 24/7/365 operational readiness, including emergency response protocols
Manage strategic relationships with integrated facility management providers
Own the global facilities operations budget and identify cost optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and champion sustainability goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field required
15+ years of progressive facilities management experience
At least 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global or multi-regional operations
Experience leading facilities operations in a technology or semiconductor environment
Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams
Deep expertise in both hard FM and soft FM services
Familiarity with lab and technical facility environments is a plus
