About the role
- Take ownership of one or more key digital blocks, leading the design from architecture definition through implementation
- Drive all aspects of block design, including area and timing optimization, lint, and CDC/RDC analysis
- Work closely with the verification engineers to support and contribute to block-level verification, ensuring alignment between design and verification goals
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in digital design
- Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog is essential
- Solid experience with design tools for linting, CDC/RDC, synthesis, STA, and power optimization
- Familiarity with backend flows and physical design constraints
- Experience in SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification is a significant advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex systems and architectures rapidly
- Excellent team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
