About the role
- Support the budgeting process and optimizing expense management within the business
- Support the month end accounting close processes
- Perform accruals and partner with General Accounting to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reporting
- Assist in the management of the Central Engineering cost structure and allocation
- Provide financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions and new product development
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key operational metrics
- Drive projects with complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or related fields
- 5-10 years of related professional experience
- At least 1 year experience in high growth technology company with FP&A, Corporate Finance or Accounting highly preferred
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Oracle / Hyperion / Smart View a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and manage day to day priorities and projects
