About the role
- Be a part of a highly experienced DFT team developing high complexity products
- Execute on DFT tasks in a multi-project environment
- Develop and improve DFT tool methodologies focusing on quality
- Complete DFT project activities and own implementation
- Own the DFT sign-off to ensure bug-free design
- Work with post-silicon teams on debug support
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/MTech in Electrical engineering
- 8+ years of experience in DFT
- Excellent design and debug skills for RTL/GL based simulations
- Proven hands-on experience with MBIST, Scan Insertion, and ATPG
- Solid knowledge of standard DFT EDA tools (Mentor, SNPS)
- Familiarity with Tessent/Mentor DFT tools and methodologies
- Understanding of JTAG standards
- Experience with timing closure and PD aspects of VLSI flow and DFT Sign Off
- Proven problem-solving skills focusing on quality and innovation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
