About the role
- Acquisition and management of your own client base
- Advising on incoming requests from our clients and building your own pipeline
- Technical support for searching and closing contracts via the platform
- Independent management of the client portfolio
- Regular contact with families and conducting satisfaction surveys
- Support during caregiver transitions and preparation of quotes
- Sharing best practices for conflict resolution with families
- Collaboration with teams from different countries and providing constructive feedback to optimize internal processes.
Requirements
- A completed qualification as a geriatric nurse, health or registered nurse, or a comparable degree (e.g., Health Management, Social Work, Social Pedagogy)
- Initial experience in Account Management, Sales Development, or Business Development is helpful but not required
- Enjoyment of phone-based work and strong persuasive skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and communicative personality
- Winner mentality: willingness to learn quickly and drive initiatives forward
- German (minimum C2); English is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage.
