About the role
- Acquire and manage your own client base
- Advise caregivers and build your own pipeline
- Support caregivers with transitions and emergencies
- Conduct satisfaction surveys with caregivers and provide feedback
- Collaborate closely with international teams
Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian (C2)
- Good command of English or German
- Experience as a recruiter or account manager for live-in caregivers if remote
- Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care if working in-office
- Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an advantage
