Requirements
- No prior experience required — mindset matters
- Competitive mindset and willingness to learn quickly
- Ideally trained as a nursing professional or holding a degree in Social Work, Health Management, or a related field
- Initial experience in sales, Customer Success, or Account Management is a plus
- Strong phone skills with charm and authenticity
- German at C2 level is required
